If you're a seller using channels such as eBay, Amazon, Play etc or even your own web store, you'll know how time consuming it is to process your orders. Having to access each site, exporting your orders using different file formats, printing picking sheets, updating shipping details, confirming despatch and if you use a 3PL, exporting these orders in a set format. This all takes valuable time.
ChannelMyOrders has been developed by real online sellers to simplify this daily process. We have used the latest versions of Amazon MWS, eBay Developer Network and Microsoft Developer tools to fully integrate the system so that all your selling actions can be performed from one simple to use interface.
We know that there are other excellent systems available, but they are all targeted at large businesses that process thousands of orders a day and command hundreds of pounds per month. This can be a huge financial commitment especially if, like most of us, you're growing your online business from scratch.
Our approach is different. There are no monthly fees. No annual contracts. You just pay for what you use. You simply purchase pay as you go credits, just like a mobile phone. Each time you print / export an order we charge you 1 credit. The charge for 1 credit is 7 pence plus VAT.
For example, if you import 20 orders, print and export all of them, update their shipping details and then update their shipping status's to despatched.
That would cost 20 x 7p = £1.40 plus VAT.
When you run out of credits you simply purchase some more. You decide how many credits to buy or how much to spend. We only ask that your minimum spend is £10.
We believe this charging model is both affordable and realistic in today's challenging market.
